Matches were held in Spain, Germany and France on Friday as players returned from the international break in September and October.
Five of the nine goals across the leagues came after the 84th minute, including two match-changing goals during extra time in the second half.
Borussia Dortmund failed to achieve a win for the first time this season, while Malaga is no longer at the bottom of the table in Spain.
Lyon squandered the win Paulo Fonseca’s side required to replace Monaco at the top of Ligue 1 and have now played a game more than their rivals.
