A Georgia court has finalized the 29-year-old’s divorce from Shyann, 23, and the couple’s marriage was fully dissolved on August 27, according to documents, just over a month after the reality star originally filed to end their 10-month marriage.
As Us As exclusively reported, Jessica filed for divorce in Jones County on July 24.
According to the documents, Jessica’s maiden name was also restored as part of the divorce. The ex-partners are also “restrained and prohibited” from “harassing the other party.”

Jessica and Shyann tied the knot in September 2025. They later filmed a separate ceremony for the family’s reality TV series Mama June: Family Crisis, Season 8, which aired last May. A month after her televised wedding aired, Jessica shocked fans by revealing that she and Shyann had split.
“As most of you can see, Shyann and I are no longer together,” she wrote in a June 2 Facebook statement. “We decided together that it was the best decision for both of us.”
Jessica encouraged her followers to remain respectful despite their public breakup.
“Yes, we are still friends and yes, we are both cordial to each other, but we are no longer in a relationship,” she continued. “We ask everyone to be respectful during this time. Please do not send hate or negativity to any of us. This is already a difficult situation and nasty comments or unnecessary drama will not make it any easier.”
After Jessica’s announcement, Mama June spoke out about her daughter’s breakup and accused Shyann of infidelity.
“Now that I always have to take the blame for every relationship not working out and since it’s been shared publicly and y’all wanted to see who Shyann cheated with and dumped Jessica, McKenzie is in the middle of redshirting,” she wrote via Instagram on July 21 alongside a photo of Shyann with a group of people. “You’re all welcome so everyone can stop digging now #reality #cheater #mamajune #divorce #SpillTheTea.”

Shortly after Mama June’s post made headlines, Shyann confessed that she cheated on Jessica.
“I take full responsibility for (cheating),” Shyann wrote on Facebook on July 21. “I’m not making excuses or trying to change what happened. I’m not saying I wish none of this had been posted. I understand that when I post parts of my life, I’m opening the door for people to express their opinions.”
A week later, Jessica officially filed for divorce from Shyann, listing the date of separation as June 1st. Divorce papers were signed on July 17, with Jessica citing that their marriage had “irretrievably broken down.”
