The White House under US President Donald Trump on Thursday unveiled a website offering classic games but with a “MAGA” twist, where players can deport immigrants and build a border wall.
Human rights groups quickly criticized the launch of the online games, which comes as the Trump administration ramps up its program of mass detention and deportation of illegal immigrants.
One game called Rio Run — an updated version of Snake — features a digital version of US border czar Tom Homan chasing migrants of different skin tones next to the Rio Grande River on the Mexican border.
Another game based on the block stacking game Tetris is called Build the Wall. The instructions say: “Protect the border from the oncoming crowd.”
The third involves scraping together the nets to set up so-called “Trump Accounts” — investment accounts containing a $1,000 deposit for children born in 2025 through 2028.
