Taylor Swift takes US fans behind the scenes of filming The Eras Tour: The Final Show.

The Eras Tour: The Last Show, Directed by Weiss received five nominations at the 2026 Emmys for Best Variety Special (Taped), Best Direction for a Variety Special, Outstanding Visual Editing for Variety Programming, Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Variety Series, or Special and Outstanding Technical Direction and Cinematography for a Special.

Swift celebrated the award and joined Weiss and the sound designer John Ross on Wednesday at the Ross House in Los Angeles to discuss the project and how they originally wanted to recreate the same excitement that was in the stadiums in the documentary.

“If you lose the feeling of relaxation and freedom for the fans there, then you lose a big part of what makes this concert experience so special,” mused the pop star, wearing a floral summer dress. “Glenn, through the rehearsals he did with our dancers and I before the final show, created a situation where fans could be lost in the moment.”

She further quipped, “If you liked our dancers’ choreography, you should check out our Steadicam operator’s footwork.”

Swift, who previously won the Outstanding Creative Achievement In Interactive Media trophy at the 2015 Emmys, has recently enjoyed a quiet summer aside from her star-studded wedding to the NFL star Travis Kelce. Swift and Kelce, 36, said “I do” at Madison Square Garden on July 3 after three years of dating.

“It’s been a fun offseason, man. (Our) wedding was the best night of my life,” Kelce gushed a Kansas City Chiefs press conference took place earlier this month. “I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us. That’s about all I really took away from the night. It was a crazy night. It was full of celebration.”
