The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice‘s daughter, Milania GiudicePolice claimed she allegedly threw “things” at her mother’s house before she was arrested on assault charges earlier this month.
Milania’s sister Gabriella Giudice called police in Montville Township, New Jersey, on May 14 to report that 20-year-old Milania was “acting erratically,” according to the arrest report Us weekly on Tuesday, June 30th. Gabriella, 21, told the dispatcher that her sister was “throwing food (and) candles,” although the alleged victim was not named. No weapons or injuries were reported.
According to the report, Milania was handcuffed at the time of the arrest. Her vehicle was searched “before and after transport.”
The report listed Teresa’s home in New Jersey as the location of the arrest.
TMZ was the first to announce the details of the arrest. Us has contacted Milania’s legal representatives for comment.

Us She previously reported on June 11 that Milania is one of Teresa, 54, and ex-husband Joe Giudice‘s four daughters along with Gabriella, Family25, and Audriana16 – was arrested by Montville Township Police after she was involved in a domestic violence incident that occurred on May 14 at approximately 6:12 p.m.
“She has been released pending her next court appearance,” a statement from Chief Andrew Caggianoreceived from Usread. “A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”
A hearing was held on May 19, but no objection was raised.

Milania broke her silence on the arrest on Monday, June 29th.
“I have to say one thing, I’ll save the rest for tomorrow. But this ‘mugshot’ of me, if you really believe it. This is AI,” she said in a TikTok video. “I ate in my mugshot. I looked fiery. I mean, nothing to be proud of.”
Milania then noted that “shit happens in life.”
“It is what it is, you have to learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it,” she continued. “I just wasn’t in a good phase in my life. This happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other things have happened to me. Just because you think you know everything that’s going on in my life, you just didn’t.”
Milania made her Bravo debut in 2009 alongside her family The Real Housewives of New Jersey premiered and became known as Teresa and Joe’s Wild Child. She is currently studying at the University of Tampa, majoring in advertising and public relations.
